12-Aug-15 KPJ Healthcare Bhd, Malaysia's largest listed healthcare group, will spend RM1.5 bn (USD365 mn) to build 10 new hospitals there. The proposed hospitals will add 2,000 beds to the group, bringing the total to 5,000. Two years ago, 14 central hospitals were chosen as core facilities responsible for transferring medical techniques to 46 satellite hospitals.
