Korean developer Mobile Doctor aims to record 1.5 mn downloads

Mobile Doctor (Co-CEOs Shin Jae-won and Oh Nam-soo) which developed a pediatric fever management service app, announced that it plans to achieve a total of 1.5 million downloads at home and abroad in 2017. The company targets 500,000 downloads in Korea and 1 million downloads abroad.

The application manages a child's fever symptoms based on the child's body temperature, immunization and medication information among others. It has a push-alarm to notify symptoms and solutions through a big data-based algorithm when parents enter their child's body temperature.
The company’s big data contain information on 670,000 antipyretic drugs as well as 220 million pieces of body temperature information, 90,000 fever symptoms. By working with doctors, software architects, and medical information specialists, Mobile Doctor has secured expertise and the ease of use.
