Australian mobile app uses sound to diagnose respiratory conditions

22-Jul-15 A mobile application developed by the University of Queensland that uses sound alone to diagnose respiratory conditions such as pneumonia and asthma has recently been commercialised by spin-off company ResApp, which was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in Jul-15. UPMC makes progress on international medical center in China

22-Jul-15 Under a collaborative agreement, Pittsburgh-based UPMC is one step closer to opening an international medical center in Changsha, China. In Aug-14 UPMC announced a five-year agreement to open the 3,500 bed Xiangya International Medical Center.
