Richa Singh, CEO of Philips Homecare says Philips has a big brand to take care of, and needs to be foolproof in everything. "We don't tie up with hospitals, we don't share revenue... We are growing through word-of-mouth."
"Five or ten years down the lane, most of the simple treatments done at hospitals will be done at home... A simple IV or an infusion, palliative care, will be done by the home healthcare industry. Technology is making this possible."
