Walter M.S. Yeh, executive vice president of TAITRA, pointed out in his welcoming speech that given to Taiwan’s well-established clinical trials and facilities coupled with an abundant pool of medical professionals, the country is ideally positioned to forge partnerships with the world’s renowned corporations and research institutes.
“Although Taiwan’s medical brands have yet to be well established, we nevertheless provide a large portion of the world’s medical equipment,” he said.
