Singapore hospitals deliver enhanced care by integrating IT

More than 50 healthcare IT systems at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Jurong Community Hospital (JCH) have been integrated for an enhanced patient experience.

After integrating both hospitals' clinical, operational and administrative systems, both facilities saw improvements in patient safety and delivered greater efficiency in these facilities.
All these improvements were done under the hospitals' Project OneCARE initiative, which has delivered near paper-less, film-less, chart-less, and script-less environment for delivering seamless patient care.
Project OneCARE has also successfully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that is interfaced with over 140 medical devices.
