Korean electronic major Samsung has inked a partnership with the Government of Tamil Nadu for setting up 15 Smart Healthcare centres in the State.

Under the initiative, Samsung would provide advanced healthcare equipment like digital ultrasound and x-ray machines, as well as LED TV, air conditioners and refrigerators to select government hospitals.
An MOU was signed between Samsung India and Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tamil Nadu in Nov-17.
