Morgan Stanley believes next 2-3 years will be good for hospital services in India

Sameer Baisiwala, India Pharma & Property Analyst at Morgan Stanley, says for the past two to three years the hospital space hasn't done well compared to the 12 years preceding that mainly because they have been intensely focused on capex.

However, over the next two to three years we will see reversal of this trend, where operating parameters will improve, efficiencies will kick-in, occupancies will go up and balance sheets will improve. The only risk-factor being government putting price control on implants.
