Glocal healthcare & CSC eGov to take telemedicine to rural India

Glocal Healthcare Systems, an integrated healthcare organization, entered into a strategic tie-up with CSC e-Governance Services India to offer telemedicine video consultation to the vast rural population who do not have access to qualified medical practitioners.

The collaboration will not only benefit 28 per cent population with virtually no access to doctors, it will meets the needs of almost 70 per cent people residing in rural India with patchy access to quality medical practice.
Glocal Healthcare CEO Sabahat S Azim said the poor reach of quality intervention in far-flung areas of the country has had serious ramifications on public health and huge expenses.
