Healthcare link urged in China

Internet firms, medical hardware makers and medical service providers should collaborate to provide an integrated service for patients and stakeholders in healthcare.

Li Tiantian, founder of Hangzhou-based healthcare service group Dingxiangyuan, said mobile healthcare should be better promoted in community healthcare service centers to connect other players in the industry.

“Data cannot be collected and used properly unless there are services to leverage the data and professionals to educate patients and provide a one-stop service for patients," he told the Digital Healthcare China Forum in Shanghai.
