2DAY LASEK surgery announced in Korea

We have reached an age when it takes only two days to restore wound healing following LASEK eye surgery, the EOS Eye Clinic in Seoul, South Korea has announced, with a video unveiling an innovative vision correction surgery called ‘2DAY LASEK’.

The 2DAY LASEK method can reduce the damage to the corneal epithelium by up to 40 per cent compared to conventional LASEK surgeries, said the clinic. In addition, the level of damage during the surgery is mitigated, preventing LASEK side effects resulting from epithelium damage.
