Medicobot is a tech-enabled chatbot service in Egypt that allows users on Facebook to send a medical inquiry to physicians specialised in different medical sectors, and receive a reply within an hour.

Founder Eslam Youssef and CMO Ahmed Said say the technology easier access compared with downloading an application or visiting a website.
"The service has received more than 6,000 medical inquiry in the first month," said Youssef.
