China's Sinocare to acquire PTS Diagnostics in the US

03-May-16 China's Sinocare Inc has signed a purchase agreement privately-held PTS Diagnostics for up to USD200 mn in cash. PTS is a US-based manufacturer of biometric testing devices. "Together, our future will be centered on transforming preventative medicine, biometric testing, and connectivity by providing fast, easy, portable, and accurate medical devices and information management systems,” said Robert Huffstodt, CEO of PTS.
