Singapore-based healthcare startup Doctor Anywhere has raised an SGD5.6 mn (USD4.1 mn) Series A round led by Kamet Capital Partners, it said in an announcement.

The startup will be using the funds to continue developing its products and services to help boost healthcare accessibility in the city-state. Doctor Anywhere will also be growing its team, explore new business verticals and develop more healthcare solutions.

"Together with a strong team and sensible go-to-market strategy, we believe Doctor Anywhere is well-placed to take the reins in this relatively new but burgeoning industry," said its founder Lim Wai Mun.
